About Me:

This is my first year teaching at Winthrop Middle School!  In previous years, I have taught Math and English in Arlington and Manchester-Essex.  I graduated with my undergraduate degree from Umass Lowell, studying Psychology and playing field-hockey.  I earned my graduate degree from Simmons College in Education.  

 

I am very excited to start this year in a beautiful new school with dedicated teachers and promising students.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy being active and playing sports, playing with my dog (Teo), reading, spending time with family and friends and going to the beach.

 

My favorite thing about teaching is inspiring students to learn and helping them grow into well-rounded people.  I am always available for extra help.  If you feel like you are not successful in a subject or situation, I encourage you to come to me for help!
